This policy explains cancellations, refunds, and returns for orders placed with AS PRINT.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order free of charge before it enters production.
  • Once production of a custom or personalized item has started, the order cannot be cancelled, as the item is made specifically for you.

Refunds & Returns

  • Because our products are custom-printed and made to order, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.
  • To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or via the method agreed with our team.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
